Are you looking for something to do in the morning before the Worlds Largest Salmon BBQ & Mendocino 4th of July Parade?  Then come out and take part in the Red, White and Blue Run, held at the Coastal Trail in Fort Bragg.  Events include: 1/2 marathon, 10K Run, 5K Fun Run/Walk and a Kiddie Race.  These runs take place along the Fort Bragg Coastal Trail (Kiddie Race & 5K) and cross onto the Mackerricher Haul Road (10K & 1/2 marathon) for a great opportunity to run/walk along our spectacular coastline.   To sign up go to RunSign up webpage. All runners will get a tee shirt – choice of long sleeve or short sleeve and at the end of race will have fruit/water and coffee. Coffee will be available for entire event. Finisher medals will be given to all who complete the 1/2 marathon Medals for 1, 2, and 3 place for all age categories  Award baskets for 1st male and female finisher in each race (1/2, 10k, 5K), filled with local goodies! All kiddie competitors get a finisher price gift, but awards will be given to the first three to finish
