– Adventist Health will host two Free Sports Physicals and Back-to-School Fairs in Willits and Ukiah to help local students prepare for the upcoming school year and sports season.State law requires that all student athletes have a pre-participation physical exam before trying out for or participating in school sports. This exam evaluates heart health, musculoskeletal fitness, and overall readiness for physical activity.

The events will take place:

• Saturday, July 11 from 7 a.m. to 12 p.m. at Redwood Medical Clinic, 3 Marcela Drive, Willits
• Saturday, July 18 from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Clinic Building, 260 Hospital Drive, Ukiah
