Storm Damage Assessment Survey: Mid-November 2024 Atmospheric River Storm If you have experienced any damages from the Mid-November atmospheric river storm, please fill out the Damage Assessment Survey for the County of Mendocino. You can access the survey at Mendo Ready Note that this is an initial damage assessment survey. Completion of this survey does not guarantee eligibility for disaster assistance. The survey results will be analyzed to determine if the County meets the necessary thresholds for state or federal disaster relief programs.
