Behind the Scenes Tours

Join the Mendocino County Museum for a Behind the Scenes Tours. Visitors are invited to tour areas rarely open to the public, including the Museum collections storage facility, and see special exhibits and artifacts new to the collection. View the new exhibit, Telling Our Story: Timber Industry in Early Mendocino. The Roots of Motive Power will provide Engine House tours from 1:00-3:00.
The Museum will host additional guided Behind the Scenes Tours- Willits Edition: Northwestern
Mill and Railroad Collections on the following dates:
• Thursday, February 20, 2 – 3 p.m.
• Thursday, March 6, 2 – 3 p.m.
• Thursday, March 20, 2 – 3 p.m.
Space is limited, so be sure to call ahead and make a reservation early , To reserve a space, email museum@mendocinocounty.gov or call 707-234-6365.
