Celebrate National Haiku Writing Month with a guided haiku walk with the Ukiah Library. Meet at the library entrance and walk/roll/stroll around downtown Ukiah on Saturday, April 4 at 2:30 p.m. The haiku walk will be led by Melissa Eleftherion Carr. Make poems based on visual and aural observations of the surroundings and play with meter, rhythm, and cadence to discover where the syllables take you. This free event is open to all ages and sponsored by the Friends of the Ukiah Valley Library
