Free flea/tick repellent for the dogs of low-income folks. Information about assistance with veterinary care and free spay/neuter, puppy shots, and rabies vaccinations will be available, as well as free Glucosamine tablets, leashes and collars, nail clips, beds, jackets, and more. No appointment needed, but dogs must be present to get limited, fitted items such as harnesses and jackets, and they must be under control on leash.
