Jug Handle Creek Nature Center presents Sacred Flame: Indigenous Fireside Storytelling monthly series happens on the last Saturday of the month. On February 28th, with Hadassah GreenSky, Waganakising Odawa from the Little Traverse Bay Bands that comprises the Anashinaabe Nation.  Hadassah is an artist, activist, water protector, community organizer, singer and storyteller.  Dress in warm clothes and bring a folding chair or blanket to sit on, plus a flashlight. They suggest a $5 per person donation, free for children ten and younger.  Refreshments donated by Thanksgiving Coffee, The Good Life Café, Mendocino Tea Company and Harvest Market will be available for purchase.
