Celebrate Halloween with a kid-friendly trunk or treat. Community members are invited to decorate their vehicle trunks with spooky decorations – prizes will be awarded for the best trunks – and pass out candy to costumed kids at . All ages, free, 4-6 p.m., Willits City Park
