The Redwood Coast Senior Center host a Monthly Meeting – People with Parkinson’s their Caregivers .  Meetings begin with about 45 minutes together as one group, often featuring guest speakers such as physical therapists, neurologists, social workers, or others knowledgeable about Parkinson’s. After the group session, they divide into two smaller groups—People with Parkinson’s and Care Partners—for an additional 45 minutes of informal conversation, support, and shared experiences. They meet monthly on the second Thursday from 2:30–4:15 PM Newcomers are always welcome. There is no cost to attend.
