DESCRIPTION:Join Adventist Health Mendocino Coast for their next Food for Life Online Cooking Class this Monday\, April 13\, from 4-6 pm when they discuss foods for your digestive health.  In the class\, they’ll discuss the benefits of plant-based eating for gut health\, the impact of high-fat animal foods on digestion and highlight foods to include—and limit—for optimal digestive wellness. You’ll also gain practical ideas for building a balanced plate that supports overall health from the inside out. Plus a three plant-based cooking demonstrations\, along with handouts of easy\, affordable recipes you can recreate at home to nourish your gut and feel your best.  This is a hybrid class in which there will be in-person attendees as well as virtual attendees.
